1. A Dalit Master. A. Seshastri was studying in 10th std at Valavanur Government Higher Secondary School. The Student Seshasstri committed suicide due to the torture by the teachers. Goodwill involved in the issue for filing in private case against the teachers and the administration.

2. A Dalit Panchayat representative Mr. S. Balasundaram of Kallapatu village was beaten and tortured by a non dalit in Dhanasingupalayam village. Goodwill involved in this issue and filed the case in prevention of Artocities Act 1989 and rule 1995 under Section 3 (i) (x).

3. Vakkur Dhanasekar- Indian Republic Party District level Leader who was against all the Artocities against Dalits. By the instruction of the high caste people, he was murdered.

Role of GOODWILL in the issue
     Fact finding team has been sent , Information/
     complaints were sent to all Government
     departments/Offices.
     Private case filed and It is in the process.

4. Parasuraman is from Vikravandi Kakkan Colony.he was attacked by the high caste people for questioning the atrocities,
GOODWILL made steps to file the case under the prevention of Atrocities Act (1989) Rule 1995.

Identification of Panchami lands

A Team of NEW ERA partners were undergone a campaign to identify the Panchami lands in our District 578 Acres of Panchami lands (DC lands) were identified from Villupuram Taluk and 420 Acres were identified from Gingee Taluk and 9000 Acres were identified from Kallakurchi Taluk of Villupuram District and the Documents were traced out for the process of Retrieval.
