The Trainers trained under TOT programme were took the trainings to their fields with the guidance and Co-operation of their field level NGO's (NEW ERA Members)

The Target groups for the trainings at field level are CBO's & SHG's. They are being the elites and social activists in their respective villages. They felt that this training is utmost important and needful for their day-to-day activities. 20 Programmes were conducted by 20 Partner organizations in Villupuram District, Cuddalore District and Pondicherry - Union Territory, 1032 CBO leaders and SHG leaders were participated in these training programmes and got benefited.

95 Villages were covered under this training Programme. The need and the Demand for this type of training programmes were increased after the completion of this training programme.
