Trainer's training Programme was organized to promote the trainers in order to conducted the field level training programme effectively. The TOT is conducted for a period of 3 days on Prevention of Atrocities against SC/ST Act 1989 and Rules 1995, 62 participants were attended the training programme from 20 Partner organizations. The Participants were from Villupuram District, Cuddalore District and Pondicherry union Territory. Mr. Mohan, State Convener, Tamilnadu Dalit Lawyers forum and Mr. P. Ravichandran State Convenor, Human Rights Forum for Dalit Liberation and Advocate R.Ashok, Advocate E. Vijaya Ragavan were participated in training programme as resource persons.

The Trainers were distributed with Trainer's manual (a Hand Book on P.A. Act) and pertaining documents on common resources and panchamilands. A nine members committee was formed to take up the link up activities with Govt. to do the follow - up programme under the leadership of NEW ERA member organizations.
